" The Fitness Guru", Kathy Smith also has Tips on How to Exercise the Brain

AT 61, SMITH IS NOT JUST ABOUT FITNESS, BUT SHE ENCOURAGES WOMEN TO BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT THEY DO HAVE,  INSTEAD OF BEING DISAPPOINTED FOR WHAT THEY DON'T HAVE

It's EASY for someone like Kathy Smith to talk about exercising and looking good when she obviously has really good GENES!! We all know about diet, exercising, sleeping, stretching, blah, blah, blah. But, everyone gets older, including Kathy. So, Kathy must also adjust to changes in her body (hard to believe) and her psyche.

What's her mental exercise? She encourages women to adjust to the changes in life, to problem-solve, and ask, "what's in the way of my being the best person I can be?" Her goal for women over fifty: finding inspiration to open the mind to "a new light."  It doesn't hurt that she exercises, eats right, and sleeps a lot also.

(She also mentions a new exercise movement called Soul Cycle. Sounds interesting.  Next blog I will investigate this!!)
